This company was amazing.
This company was amazing. We fill out the application online, supplied the documentation and waited. It took 9 weeks so be patient. We received an email congratulating us on a settlement and then 2 days later they wired us our funds. I would highly recommend them.

After 11 months myself and my partner got our refunds. The Airline told us our plane had changed but not our departure time. When we arrived at the Airport we found our departure time was delayed by more than four hours. After our holiday we then contacted Click 2 after reading through the reviews. I am extremely happy to recommend them for Airline compensations
After having a delayed ( extra night ) flight in Europe in April, I thought is there any way we get some compensation. I found click2 refund on a search. Iinitially I contacted the airline direct ( LOT Polish Airlines ) but got no where. Then I contacted Kevin at Click2Refund. Im very happy with the company - I got 72% of my rightfull compensation for my delayed flight! (They take a commision). Jamie was very responsive and nice! I would recommend to send them reminders as otherwise you can wait more. Would use them again in the future!
