Ukraine Int. Airlines was founded in 1992 by Austrian Airlines and  Uia Beteiligungsgesellschaft Mbh in Ukraine. Ukraine Int. Airlines’s headquarters are currently located in Kiev and the main base in Boryspil International Airport. Ukraine Int. Airlines is not a star alliance member. The company has won the Skytrax awards Best Airline Staff in Europe and Best Business Class Onboard Catering. Yuri Miroshnikov leads the company as the CEO. Its subsidiaries include Interavia LLC.

It has declared  $ 14,300,000 in revenue. Ukraine Int. Airlines offers service to 80 destinations in 42 countries. Kiev-Chernovtsy,Lviv-Kiev,Kharkov-Kiev,Berlin-Kiev,Ankara-Kiev,Lviv-Krakow are some of the main flight destinations.
