Air Caraibes was founded in 2000 by Groupe Dubreuil SA in Guadeloupe. Air Caraibes’s headquarters are currently located in The Abymes and the main base in Pole Caraibes International Airport. Air Caraibes is not a star alliance member. Marc Rochet leads the company as the CEO.

Air Caraibes employs more than 1,110 employees worldwide and operates a mainline fleet of more than 13 aircraft. It has declared € 437,000,000 in revenue. Air Caraibes offers service to 14 destinations and they have carried more than 1.3 million passengers.
